We update the FAQ page periodically. You may not be alone in your questions, so please look through the answers below and if you still have further questions you can always reach us at our info email address noted above and below. We will aim to review all customer questions sent to the info@andersonhousepublishing.com account within 72 hours.

Inquiry: eBook receipt 

Question: I ordered an eBook, but have not received it. When/how do I receive my eBook?

Answer: We fulfill our eBooks directly to you using BookFunnel. Upon completing your order and your payment being processed, an email from BookFunnel will be sent to your email included with your purchase with instructions and a link to download the eBook as an ePub or PDF file to upload to your device(s) of choosing. If you do not receive an email receipt, the first step would be to check your spam account. It is possible that your email server has blocked the email due to links to a third-party site encouraging download, and your server is just trying to do its job in protecting you from unwanted emails and scams. Your eBook order is not a scam though, we promise. If you see the BookFunnel email in your spam box, that is how you will gain access to your eBook.

If you do get the email but are having trouble downloading or accessing the eBook from BookFunnel's link and site, please reach out in response to the email receipt from BookFunnel and BookFunnel support and they can aid you in downloading accessing your eBook on your desired reader.

Inquiry: Pre-order delivery timeline  

Question: I ordered a book that says "pre-order." When will my book ship?

Answer: You will receive a fulfillment email as soon as your order ships. We include a rough estimate of publication timeline and date on our website, but if you have specific questions and need reassurance, please feel free to reach out to us to confirm updates. We want to fulfill your order as soon as we can and have stock available.

Inquiry: Payment methods

Question: I want to order a book and go to checkout, but I'm confused by the payment options though. I see Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, but I don't know which to use and how to pay. I don't have Apple or Google Pay. How do I pay and complete checkout?

Answer: Thank you for your order. We really appreciate it. We want your payment process to be as smooth as possible. Our website is built and run through Shopify. Shop Pay is Shopify's payment processing system, so if you don't have Apple Pay, and Google Pay, no problem. Click on Shop Pay and you will be taken to the checkout page to enter your shipping and billing address information, and credit/debit information to process your order. 

Shop Pay is our website's direct payment system, and if you're unsure of which to select, it is the best option for you to pay directly using your card of choice.
